Obelisk and Cross, the Symbol of Sun-Worship - identity of Babylon ,Catholic Church

The Catholic Church set up the obelisk in front of the church and put the cross on top of it.
Ancient sun-worshipers erected the sun pole to worship the sun and this is the origin of obelisk.
The cross as well is the symbol of the sun-god Tammuz.
